Breakthru to Shelter Island Sound

We had a wonderful day today at Shelter Island Sound where we recorded our “live on air” performance for BreakThru Radio. We want to thank Pete from Breakthru radio for having us and Steve from Shelter Island Sound for creating a studio filled with amazing vintage gear and an overall great sound and vibe. All the Skidmore’s had tons of fun today and we look forward to announcing the date you will be able to stream the live performance along with the interview. And we played a couple new ones that we are planning on releasing on our upcoming EP this August, so stay tuned for all the fun!

An Exciting Day in the Life of Skidmore Fountain

white-banner-copy.jpgToday, Skidmore Fountain was presented with a wonderful record release package. Together with Airplay Direct, Offensive Tie, Playback Stl, Big Fat Cat and the Planetary Group, Skidmore Fountain has a team of industry leaders backing their next release. And that’s just where the story begins. A lot of great things are happening with Skidmore right now including the use of their songs in the new reality show “the paper” which is an MTV release and will be rolling sometime at the end of March. The wheels are spinning, tours are being booked, letters are being drawn and we are writing our new record! Oh…Keep your ears pealed for the “live on air” performance of Skidmore Fountain on “Breakthru Radio”.

Something Upcoming…

Skidmore Fountain’s will be airing live at Breathru Radio, March 11th.  This will be a full 45 minute live “on the air” set.  We’ll keep you updated with listening details.

Skidmore Fountain next NYC show – April 3rd at Club Midway w/ good friends Quitzow and Setting Sun.
